Our Leap
We left the city for a quiet ridge in central Victoria, traded pavement for granite.
360 trees. 16 rows. Abandoned and overgrown when we took it on.
A year of cutting back deadwood before the grove would give anything back — but it did, eventually. Frantoio, Manzanillo and Carregiolo, finding their feet again on central Victorian soil.
Leap of Faith is what came of it. A family venture, made by hand, made with care.
